Cupcake Red Velvet: $8.99
Red Velvet is a blend of Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah; each variety lending structure, aroma, depth of flavor and a long creamy finish to this wine. The grapes were harvested from some of the finest vineyards of California’s viticultural areas; each picked for their ability to engender these grapes with distinct characteristics that will add to this blend. Each varietal was fermented separately and later blended and put through a unique oak regime that imparts a certain creaminess.

Types of Wines
Wines can be grouped into the six primary categories: white wines, red wines, rosé wines, sparkling wines, dessert wines and fortified wines.
white wines: made from white grapes, but can be made from black grapes as well.
red wines: made from black grapes and have a red or blue tint.
rose wines: pink in color, and can be referred to as rosé, pink or blush wines.
sparkling wines: any variety of grape, are wines that contain carbon dioxide bubbles.
dessert wines: wines which have a high sugar content, making them a popular choice with or as dessert.
fortified wines: spirits added to the juice during fermentation.
